Hybrid Belts

Bricq-Speed is our high speed woven corrugator top belt based on our hybrid technology consisting in combining monofilament yarns and regular hygroscopic absorbent polyester yarns. Withits light weight opened weaving structure, this innovative high technology product has a permeability up to 15 times higher than standard woven belts allowing maximum speeds, above 400 lm/min, thanks to exceptional vapor evaporation. The monofilaments, highly resistant single thread yarns, give the structure exceptional resistance and durability. Anti-static yarns have also been added to the structure to prevent electrostatic discharge.

This combination gives an excellent compromise between lifespan and permeability. The highly resistant weaving pattern also gives the belt exceptional dimensional stability, which adds onto the one given by our unique heat-setting operation.

Bricq special proprietary G3 edge treatment provides higher abrasion and temperature resistance at the edges of the belt while maintaining excellent moisture management properties.

Our unique heat-setting operation provides dimensional stability and reduces noises thanks to a flattened surface finish.

Bricq-Speed corrugator belt is particularly recommended on very high speed machines and for the most sensitive production of board.
